Park Medical Centre are looking for a Practice Nurse or Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly team
Main duties of the job
The ideal applicant would have experience in the management of a variety of long-term health conditions including Diabetes, COPD and Asthma.
Experience in managing patients presenting with a range of common acute presentations alongside a qualification in clinical skills would be an advantage. Non-medical prescribing would be desired but not essential.

Located close to the city centre we are a supportive and forward-thinking general practice and a proactive member of Chester East PCN.
You will work alongside a team of knowledgeable and supportive clinicians to deliver high quality patient centred healthcare. The practice clinical team is comprised of 5 GP Partners, 2 Salaried GPs, 3 ANPs, a Nursing Associate, 3 General Practice Assistants, an HCA and 2 Clinical Pharmacists. We are an EMIS Web practice with no current out of hours commitments other than Enhanced Access.
With just over 10,400 patients Park Medical Centre plays an active part in the care community meeting the needs of its patient population. Increasingly we are also working collaboratively with neighbouring practices as part of Chester East Primary Care Network to drive the development of sustainable models of care.
