Full-time (37.5 hours per week) However, we are also happy to consider applications from candidates seeking part-time hours, and the role may be offered as two part-time positions for the right applicants.

North Thoresby and Holton-le-Clay Medical Practice are seeking an experienced, motivated and patient-focused Diabetes Specialist Nurse / Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team.

Main duties of the job

This role is ideally suited to a registered nurse with significant experience in diabetes management within primary care and who is insulin trained. Alongside leading diabetes care, the successful candidate will provide a range of general practice nursing services and support the management of long-term conditions.

The post holder will play a key role in improving patient outcomes through evidence-based care, patient education, and collaborative working with the wider multidisciplinary team.
