Job summary
We are looking for a part time qualified nurse to work alongside our existing team to support the care of patients in Primary Care and in the GP Practice environment. There is scope for development and you will be working alongside our Lead Nurse Manager in delivery exceptional care and follow up to our patients.

Main duties of the job
To undertake standard nurse responsibilities, such as wound care, bloods, ECG, vaccinations, immunisations, INR's etc. Ensuring patient records are managed and updated on our clinical system, EMIS. To work alongside the existing team and deliver on key projects. Support Health promotion and Wellbeing programmes. Support Management of Infection Control Procedures

The practice has 6 partners, 8 Salaried GP's, an Advanced Paramedic and a full nursing team including Nurse prescriber and Healthcare Assistants.
