Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join The Lodge Health Partnership team.This is a key role focused on the patient experience and business efficiency, driving the highest standards of service across all areas of the Partnership.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be involved with the administrative requests and requirements supporting both our patients and the wider surgery team.

Job responsibilities

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

* Investigate and accept deductions from PCSE and deduction Request rejections.

* Keeping track of labels received, check if medical records have been received, code on the system as appropriate and send back to PCSE. Order and request materials on behalf of the surgery if required and chasing track and request labels for medical records.

* Oversee the GP2GP tasks inbox and investigate any failures etc. Code all incoming medical records on the system and on the Lloyd George notes. Transfer to Coding team to summarise.

* Process all SARS (subject access record request).

* Run searches for QOF areas.
