Job summary
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, innovated, experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly but busy Practice, with a list size of 5,000 patients.
Very good QOF results in addition to working with Manchester Standards to provide excellent care for our wide range of patient population
Good CQC report
The post is full-time however, this can be reviewed for the right candidate if need be
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate must have qualifications and experience in Cytology, Immunisations (including childhood), Travel Health and Long Term Conditions Management including Asthma, COPD, and Diabetes and a very good understanding of QOF
Good knowledge of Safeguarding and Infection control is required.
Support will be provided in house and future career development is also supported for our nursing staff.
About us
You will be working with a great team supported by GP's, an ANP, Assistant Practitioner and 2 phlebotomists who in turn are all supported by a dedicated administrative team, lead by the Practice Manager and Assistant Practice Manager.
We also have an in-house Focus Care Worker and Pharmacy Technician as part of our team
The Practice is based within a Health Centre with local community professionals close-by
