Salaried GP

Job summary

We are a friendly, welcoming and innovative GP Practice near Bath, Wiltshire and due to continued practice list growth and increased demand in our Surgical Services we are looking for two energetic, dynamic, and patient centered doctors to work four - eight sessions per week.

Main duties of the job

We can offer flexibility, a focus on staff wellbeing – morning tea break, bimonthly Spa Lunch Club, running club and an annual staff team building event. An interest in education encouraged, opportunity for training and developing surgical interests;

· We are seven GP Partners, three salaried GP’s and one Retainer

· CQC rated “good” with outstanding features

· GP Training practice

· Clinically supported by a dynamic team of Clinical Pharmacists, Mental Health Practitioner, Paramedics, Nurse Prescribers, Chronic Disease Management, Nurse Triage, Physiotherapist

· Administratively supported by a very experienced, progressive and dedicated Management Team

· PCN with population of 48,000 patients across Melksham and Bradford on Avon locality

· Opportunity for women’s health interests

· High achieving QOF practice

· Surgical Services commissioned by BSW CCG

· Hosted site for Community Dermatology Service

· Integrated Community Team, Older Person’s Nursing Team managing a growing patient caseload

· SystmOne and paper light practice

· Purpose built leased Medical Centre

· On site pharmacy fully integrated with SystmOne
