This is an exciting opportunity for a part-time Practice Nurse at our Practice in Cambridgeshire.
The Practice is currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Practice Nurse to join our friendly and professional team. We are looking for
someone who will share our commitment to providing excellent healthcare to
our patients.
Main duties of the job
We are looking to recruit a Practice Nurse who has a range of clinical skills, as well as the experience and ability to competently deal with patients who present to the
surgery. The ideal candidate will have experience working in General Practice. Experience in chronic disease management is desirable but not essential.
We will be looking for a Practice Nurse who can confidently work within Practice policies, refer on to other disciplines when necessary,
or consult with other colleagues, or GP, when appropriate.
About us
Riverport Medical Practice has approximately 13,500 patients and three surgeries; Orchard Site in St Ives, Parkhall Site in Somersham and Fenstanton Site.
We have a diverse clinical team comprised of GPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Physician Associate, Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
