ARRS GP Role - PUT YOUR HEART INTO HART - JOIN OUR TEAM IN FLEET
This is a position for a newly qualified, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking GP looking for an exciting and supportive role to launch your career. This role is tailored for newly qualified GPs (within 2 years of qualification and without holding a substantive post) on a fixed-term salaried contract, with the potential for extension. The sessions are negotiable. The ARRS GP Role aims to enhance patient care and access to primary care services. As part of our multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will contribute to delivering comprehensive healthcare to our diverse patient population. We are looking for a GP with excellent communication skills, strong clinical expertise, and a commitment to a patient-centered approach. The position leverages ARRS-funded resources to optimise care delivery, improve patient outcomes, and increase the efficiency and capacity of primary care services.
Main duties of the job
You will manage a case load and will work autonomously on a day-to-day basis. To support your development, you will have a dedicated GP assigned to carry out professional supervision.
Key duties include managing routine and urgent appointments through face-to-face and telephone consultations, providing safe and evidence-based individualised patient care.

We have 4 full time GP Partners, a Managing Partner, a Deputy Manager, 2 Physician Associates, Care Coordinators, MSK practitioners and Mental Health Support workers. Our clinical system is EMIS Web, and we use ICE, and Docman. We are high QoF achievers and rated Good for CQC.
