Job summary
Need a Part time or Full time (16 hrs or 35 hrs)
Receptionist/ Administrator. Applicant will need to be flexible with a minimum
of 1 year receptionist/admin experience in a NHS GP Environment. We preferred
candidate previous experience with Emis-web system.
Main duties of the job
Job Responsibilities
Ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and any other visitors to the practice
Answering calls and dealing with it
Documenting, Scanning, issue repeat prescriptions, action emails
Deal with all general enquiries, explain procedures and make new and follow-up appointments.

We are a friendly small practice in a purpose built
building with excellent support structures and training. We are close to the
A12/M25, Romford, Harold hill, we have free onsite parking facilities, and are
close to large gym and shops.
