practice in Southfields Grid.
We have a list size of 8200 patients.
We are
looking for a friendly, reliable, and efficient salaried GP to join our team.
Main duties of the job
The purpose of this role is to deliver efficient and effective clinical care to patients attending the surgery.
Duties
You will provide NHS general medical services to registered patients on the practice list.
You will be required to provide all core primary care services as defined by the local ICB and NHS England requirements.
- To provide clinical care to patients; this will include consultation sessions, correspondence, results, medication reviews and prescription signing and other clinical administration, home visits, surgery meetings and duty doctor sessions.
- 6 clinical sessions per week over 3 days
- Support the surgery business plan including patient satisfaction levels, QOF, enhanced services, KPI targets.
- Work closely with the team in delivering clinical care
- Attendance at practice team meetings
- Ensure that personal mandatory and organisationally required training is up to date
- Ensure engagement with NHS annual appraisal and GMC revalidation.
- Document and report significant events and matters relating to clinical governance
- At all times to behave as a professional clinician and act as ambassador for The Elborough Street Surgery.
You will be required to undertake all other duties that may be reasonably asked of you.
