Practice Nurse opportunities - Full and Part time positions considered
Primary Interests : Chronic Disease Management -particularly Respiratory and/or Diabetes.
We are looking for enthusiastic practice nurses to join us
part time and full-time opportunities are available.
There will be the opportunity to assist with the provision of childhood immunisations, offer smears, disease management, and other ongoing care as part of a friendly team in a busy, but caring
Practice.
The clinical system is currently EMIS Web, but as part of the
Regis PCN, we are moving to System One in the New Year, in order to improve
integrated care.
Main duties of the job
Chronic Disease Management skills will be required.
Cervical Smear and Immunisations skills desirable.
Knowledge of Infection Control and other procedures required.
Team working is a prerequisite.

We are an evolving team, in a supportive and friendly setting, with a mixture of G.P.s, Nurses and Allied Health Care professionals.
We are part of the Regis PCN, in the rural locality, and work closely with the member practices.
