Practice Manager

Job summary

Greensand Health Centre and Headcorn Surgery are seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of Practice Manager. If you have a proven track record in leadership, possess sound knowledge of strategic business management, finance, quality controls, and HR, then we want to hear from you. We are looking for adaptable and loyal team player, eager to contribute to a supportive and dynamic practice. A comprehensive handover will be provided by the outgoing Practice Manager, ensuring a smooth transition.

Main duties of the job

Your responsibilities will encompass compliance, including CQC compliance, HR, budgeting, QoF etc. You will need to be passionate about providing leadership and promoting the organisations values to enable the practice to meet its agreed aims and objectives within a safe, efficient, effective, and profitable working environment. You will assist the Partners in the management and leadership of the practice to deliver high quality care to the patient population. You will have the support of a strong management team which includes, HR, Buildings Risk and Management, as well as Finance.

The surgery is a modern, purpose built practice with on-site parking. We are a single partnership PCN and we are also waiting to be approved as a Learning Environment.
