Job summary

c£50k depending on experience.

The partners are looking for a warm, well-organised, efficient and professional manager with excellent people skills & financial acumen to take over from the outgoing practice manager & continue to provide leadership to the practice staff. The role combines the strategic & the operational & is important in creating a culture of the practice as a respectful, safe and happy place in which to work and learn. Relationships within and without the practice are key.

Main duties of the job

The candidate will need a sound knowledge of business, finance and people management and have excellent organisational, analytical, leadership and communication skills. We are looking for someone with NHS experience, energy and wisdom to keep Paddington Green Health Centre sailing happily ahead and are committed to supporting the successful candidate in their new and wide-ranging management role.

Our award-winning NHS GP practice in the heart of London is looking for a new Practice Manager to join the senior leadership team. We are a close-knit, enthusiastic, friendly, supportive and stable team, and we provide excellent care to a culturally diverse population of 9500 just off the Edgware Road in W2. Our team members have leadership roles in the GP Network, CCG, CQC and are involved in teaching and training clinical learners at all levels.
