We are looking for a Pharmacist newly qualified or Experienced.
Main duties of the job
This role is pivotal to improving quality of care and operational efficiencies which requires motivation and passion to deliver an excellent service.
The role will involve working within the Primary Care Network and our practices.
If you hold an MPharm qualification, have registration with the GPhC and have previously undertaken a similar role then this could be the role for you.
Applicants will need to complete the CPPE pathway - 18 months, which you would be enrolled on once in post.

- Minimum 2-years post-registration experience in Primary Care Pharmacy or in any other sector of Pharmacy
Qualifications

- Mandatory GPhC registration
- Post-graduate clinical pharmacy qualification (e.g. clinical diploma, MSc, other post-graduate clinical modules) or equivalent experience
- Independent Prescribing Qualification
- Willing to consent to apply for enhanced DBS disclosure

- ACP (Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice)
- Familiarity with GP Clinical IT Systems
- Experience of effective partnership and working with internal and external stakeholders
