Woodbridge Hill Surgery is seeking an experienced Salaried GP to join our supportive, forward-thinking team. What we are looking for:

• GMC-registered GP with a licence to practise
• Experience working as an independent GP in UK primary care
• Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Enthusiasm for contributing strategically to the ongoing development of the practice

Main duties of the job

• 6- 8 sessions per week, with flexibility to suit the right candidate
• A well-balanced mix of face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations
• Scope to shape clinical pathways, contribute to service innovation, and influence practice development
• Active participation in clinical meetings, governance, and decision-making
• Optional involvement in teaching, supervision, or leadership roles, depending on interest
