Job responsibilities

Gateacre Medical Centre are a small friendly and supportive GP Practice. We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and committed Practice Manager to support and lead our small team. The post is for 25-30 hours per week over 5 days and salary will depend on experience. The Practice has a Good CQC rating and provides healthcare to approximately 2,700 patients. We are a high achieving practice, working closely with the PCN SWAGGA. The Practice has 1 Principal GP, 1 Salaried GP, 1 Practice Nurse, 4 reception and administrative staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for organisational and operational leadership, service improvement and delivering key targets across the full range of clinical and administrative areas.
