We have a vacancy for a receptionist/administrator across our two sites in Camden. We are a friendly GP practice with a patient list of 15000+
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be required to offer a high quality, efficient service to our registered list and visitors to the practice. This includes dealing with telephone calls, and online enquiries, as well as helping patients and other visitors to the premises.
We have 2 sites, geographically close to one another. You will need to be prepared to work across both sites.
Both sites have good transport links, including National Rail, buses and underground lines.
Our core hours are 8am - 6:30pm. Shifts are 8:30am - 6pm Monday - Thursday and 8:30am - 5pm on Friday. All shifts are practice based.
This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week. There might be occasional overtime.
About us
We are a friendly team of GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals. We are based in south Camden, close to Euston, King's Cross, Mornington Crescent and Warren Street stations, as well as many bus routes.
We are a training practice, so regularly have trainee doctors and medical students at the practice. Our allied health professional team includes nurses, physician associates, clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and care co-ordinators.
We are part of a forward thinking Primary Care Network that offers specalised services, such as micro suction, physiotherapy and family planning.
We offer a generous salary and holiday package, and NHS pension. We are looking for someone who can reliably cover the hours of 8am - 6.30pm Monday - Friday. Currently we are not open at weekends.

onto patients electronic records including registration and de-registration.
