Job summary
We are looking for a Advanced Nurse Practitioner to joint our large friendly multi-disciplinary team in SE London.
Main duties of the job
An Advanced Nurse Practitioner working as an autonomous practitioner to assess, diagnose and treat patients, including initiating direct referrals as required.
4-8 sessions a week ideally (but we are willing to be flexible for the right candidate)
Confidence in triage, using a variety of communication methods.
Focus on minor illnesses and urgent, on the day appointments
Dedicated admin time15-minute appointments
Salary relevant to experience
NHS pension

Prescribing ability/qualification preferential but not essential
