Main duties of the job

Experience in General Practice is preferred however, training will be provided on-site.

The suitable candidate will be able to provide high-quality, professional reception, and administrative services to patients, doctors, staff, colleagues, health service professionals, and others.

To act as the first point of contact for patients and to portray the Practice in the highest possible basis. To ensure that enquiries from patients are efficiently handled to the satisfaction of the partners and patients.

Book amend, and cancel patient appointments in line with practice appointment procedures.

Answering incoming telephone calls, and ensuring calls are documented and redirected accordingly.

Undertake administration tasks as allocated by the Office Manager.

Check emails on a daily basis.

Regularly check tasks and notifications on EMIS Web.

Week 1 - 7.45 am - 13.45 pm
