Main duties of the job
Work with a Cutting-Edge Practice: Our practice is
built around innovation and patient-centred care. We were pioneers in
introducing telephone consulting over 8 years ago and have continually refined
our systems to ensure excellent patient access while maintaining GP control
over their workload.
Comprehensive Support System: We aim to minimize
administrative burdens for GPs by leveraging our highly skilled Medical
Secretary team, Medicines Management team, and dedicated clinical and
administrative support. Youll have the time and space to focus on what matters
most: delivering exceptional care to your patients.

dispensing sites with a practice owned on site Pharmacy and an award-winning
research team.
We are passionate about a high standard of health and
wellbeing for our staff and our patients. We are looking for someone who will
share this vision and thrive with us.
We would like to appoint a salaried GP (with the option of
partnership) to replace a retiring partner to join our large multidisciplinary
practice.
We would welcome applications for 6-9 sessions per week
with a starting salary of £11,180 per session per annum.
Main duties of the job
We introduced telephone consulting over 8 years ago. We have
continually improved our system to achieve good patient access and satisfaction;
whilst still allowing the GPs to remain in control of their workload and their
day.
We have worked hard to reduce the level of administrative
work for our GPs through our skilled Medical Secretary team processing tasks,
E-Consults and medical reports; Medical Optimisation team dealing with
medication queries and reconciliation; clinical support to help reduce
pathology processing and an Administrative Support team to assist with QOF, systems, coding
and data.
We encourage all our staff to take opportunities to develop
other interests to enhance their day-to-day general practice. We would
encourage any new GPs to develop other skills that would contribute to the
practice or work with us on any of the following:
Training
GP registrars, F2 doctors, medical students, pharmacists, and nurses.
Working
with our dedicated research team.
Supporting
the dispensaries and practice owned on-site pharmacy.
Womens
health clinics
Substance
misuse clinics

well-structured management and administrative team to allow smooth and
