Job summary

Oakley Health Group is a team of 7 partners and 11 sessional GPs, providing care to over 29,000 patients across three sites in Yateley/Blackwater, Hampshire.

We offer a friendly and supportive environment for GPs to practice safely and effectively, with a manageable and sustainable workload. Our size allows some flexibility in accommodating any areas of particular clinical interest.

Main duties of the job

We are interested to talk to GPs looking to work up to 6 sessions per week, those who wish to hold a list or not (although minimum of 4 sessions for list holding). Most of our GPs retain a personal list, as we believe that it is important to ensure continuity of care, whilst benefiting from the additional resources available when operating at scale.

About us

Our unique structure as a one-practice PCN allows us to have a fully integrated, co-located ICT including Paramedic Practitioners, Practice Community Matron, Mental Health Practitioners, Pharmacists, Social Prescriber, Health & Wellbeing Coach and a range of Specialist HCPs working in Primary Care including Orthopedic Practitioners. The whole team uses EMIS so integrates well with the practice.
