Job summary

Ideally the successful applicant should have excellent IT skills, good organizational and communication skills.The candidate will need to be a team player, ideally familiar with SystmOne/DOCMAN system however suitable training will be given. You will need to have an analytical approach, be enthusiastic and able to take initiative.

X2 part time roles available or x1 full time position dependant on the applicants - flexible working hours considered

Main duties of the job

Be part of the IT team on all matters relating to coding and scanning. Accuracy and precision is key as all data relates to individual patient records.

You will need to be able to prioritise your work in a timely fashion working along side other members of the team to keep the work up to date.

We are a Busy GP Practice in North Solihull with 5 Partners, 5 Salaried GPs 1 ANP 3 Practice Nurses 3 HCAs 2 Secretaries and a large Reception and IT/Admin Department.

Our work ethic is to be amongst other things, a hard working and enthusiastic team member who is also capable of working independently when needed. We require reliable employees who can provide the highest standard of work possible and ensure every task given is completed promptly but thoroughly.
