About us
About us
Unicity Medical Centre is a forward thinking, innovative and
friendly Practice. Historically, we were
a University Practice, in the fascinating Historic Naval City of Portsmouth on
the South Coast. We are now slowly
evolving to embrace the city of Portsmouth residence, hence the change of name
from The University Surgery to Unicity Medical Centre.
Our location had also changed to the heart of the City
Centre (Commercial Road) in Portsmouth, where trendy shops are located and the
Gunwharf Quays designer outlet shopping centre is a very short walking distance,
which can be visited during short breaks.
We have a very low turnover of staff and pride ourselves as
a small family practice.
Current list size stands at 19,000.
We are a training practice with GP Registrars, medical
students, nursing students, physician associates and Pharmacists.
