Job summary

If you are an experienced prescribing Clinical Pharmacist with excellent interpersonal skills, who has completed, or is currently undertaking the Clinical Pharmacists in General Practice Training Pathway, this could be the role for you.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be expected to provide leadership and collaborate with all other clinicians working within the network. An ability to embrace new ways of working including telephone and video consultations alongside traditional face to face contacts is an essential requirement.

About us

Teldoc Primary Care Network (PCN) covers a population of 60,000 patients within Telford & Wrekin, Shropshire. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team of existing Clinical Pharmacists within our PCN in providing excellent care for our patients.

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Independent prescribing qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a pharmacist, demonstrated within a practice portfolio.
  • To have qualified from an accredited training pathway that equips the post holder to be able to practice and prescribe safely and effectively in a primary care setting and in order to deliver the key responsibilities of the role. Currently, the Clinical Pharmacist training pathway: CPPE Clinical Pharmacists in General Practice Training Pathway.
