Job summary

Registrations & Deductions Administrator. Hours of work will be 30 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday. Rate of pay will be £10.42 per hour.

The job will be based between 2 sites and we offer on-site parking for our employees.

Main duties of the job

Manage registrations and deductions processes efficiently and accurately within a Primary Care setting.

Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for registrations and deductions.

Keep track of changes in registration and deduction policies and implement necessary updates.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to registrations and deductions.

To ensure all registration and deduction transactions within workflow manager are monitored and managed daily to a high standard following our practice policy and procedures.

Perform weekly admin function searches for child safeguarding and update reporting.

Process all FP69 deduction requests, prepare and send paper registration records within a 14-day turnaround.

Liaise with other team members across our sites to obtain all sets of paper registration records required for processing.

Job description

Job responsibilities

Manage registrations and deductions processes efficiently and accurately within a Primary Care setting.

Liaise with multi-disciplinary team members to request deduction labels, arrange extra deliveries and collections when required.

Liaise with multi-disciplinary team members to resolve any problematic registration and deduction queries in a timely manner, escalating to your line manager any issues you are unable to resolve.

Be able to process High security access tasks when required within workflow manager.

Perform monthly searches for audit purposes.

Assist with the developing of new and updating of existing policies and procedures relevant to Registrations and Deductions workflow manager.

Participate in learning and development as required for the role.
