Due to the retirement of our Practice Nurse, a unique opportunity now exists to become part of our rural dispensing practice on a part time basis, Monday to Friday. The Partners are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and proactive Nurse Practitioner to complement our small, friendly team of clinicians.
We are looking for a Part Time Nurse Practitioner for between 10-20 hours to work alongside our HCA and clinical team. This would be a new job role to Brent Area Medical Centre.
Main duties of the job
As aNurse Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive and patient-centred care. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of conditions in collaboration with our multidisciplinary healthcare team. - Health Education: Provide health promotion, lifestyle advice, and preventive care to patients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care.
