Tudor Lodge Health Centre, Wimbledon List Size 11,000
Looking for a work-life balance?
Want to be part of a sociable, resilient, dynamic and democratic team?
Looking to pursue your own special interests, teaching, research, or portfolio career?
We understand that juggling work as a GP with having a family and other commitments is hard. We will work around your childcare/carer commitments, and can tailor a work pattern around your circumstances.
We knowhow rewarding special interests and portfolio careers can be, and how they help protect against burnout. Our team's interests include family planning, mental health, substance & alcohol misuse, and ICB, GP Federation, and PCN. We are a GPST training practice and also teach medical students. We have been providing a Special Allocation Service to SWL ICB for more than 10 years. We are always looking at exciting new opportunities.
We also look for ways to manage workload and administration: we have implemented specialist software to review pathology reports and we have a team of trained support staff for workflowing Docman, uploading e-Referrals and other administrative tasks, so there's much less for our GPs to do. We now work alongside a wonderful multi-disciplinary team comprising a Clinical Pharmacist, Social Prescriber & Physiotherapist.
