Job summary

Benfield Park Medical Group is looking for a part time permanent Healthcare Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic Nursing/HCA team.

We are a forward-thinking practice with a list size of 10,000 patients with an excellent reputation.

Main duties of the job

The role is rewarding and will suit someone who is equally as enthusiastic and motivated about delivering quality healthcare as our other team members. Training will be provided, if required, to equip the jobholder with the necessary skills.

The practice operates the Year of Care model for chronic disease management and holds regular nurse meetings and educational sessions.

We are a supportive practice with a diverse patient population operating from a modern purpose-built health centre.

We have an inner-city location and are actively involved with the local provider company (federation), Clinical Commissioning Group, Primary Care Network, Medical School and Northumbria GP TrainingProgramme.
