An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to work at West Moors Village Surgery.

Hours will include all day Wednesday (non negotiable), Monday & Thursday are negotiable. Hours up to 20 per week. Flexibility to cover for holidays and sickness is essential.

Main duties of the job

To provide nursing care to patients with the support of the Practice clinical and administrative teams

To provide treatment, preventative care, screening and education to patients

Experience in chronic disease management, cervical cytology, immunisations & treatment room duties is desirable but full training will be provided for the right applicant. The successful applicant will be required to develop their skills, specialising in Respiratory and take on the role of Infection Control Lead.
