We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our existing senior management team within a dynamic and forward-thinking practice. We are looking for an approachable and professional individual with the ability to manage change and lead people. You will also need to be able to demonstrate you can analyse and turn data into actionable insights alongside managing both your own and your teams' workloads.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our existing operational and strategical Management team, who are currently attending site on a rota system while working from home on days you are not within the office. You will complement the newly formed management structure that reflects current and future needs of the business working closely alongside the Primary Care Network.
To be responsible for the efficient management and direction of the reception team, ensuring all reception duties and Health Navigation are performed effectively and to the required standard, meeting the objectives of the practice. Support the Business in Quality Improvement, Confidentiality, Collaborative Working, Service Delivery, Learning and Development and carry out other duties applicable to the role. To act as the main focal point of communication between patients, clinicians and other staff and visitors within the building. To have oversight and responsibility for premises management.
