- Undergraduate Degree in Nursing
- Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Clinical Practice, with Digital Badge/RCN Credentials (or willingness to work towards)
- Postgraduate Masters Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice
- Mentor/teaching qualification
- Clinical supervision training and experience
- Current NMC Registration (inc. Independent Non-Medical Prescriber)
Desirable
- Community nursing specialist qualification
- Urgent Care

- Relevant clinical experience post-registration
- Recent secondary care, primary care or community experience
