Main duties of the job
Support the Community Engagement & Events
Planner including but not limited to -
Book
venues and arrange facilities for events.
Coordinate
event logistics including equipment, refreshments, and signage.
Liaise
with stakeholders and community partners to secure stalls and participation.
Track
and manage event budgets within approved limits.
Support
the Community Engagement & Event Planner in preparing event materials and
merchandise.
Assist
with event promotion through social media and local networks.
Ensure
all practical arrangements are completed on time for successful event delivery.
