Job summary
Band 7-8A(experience depending). The post holder will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge in Advanced Nursing practice and the four pillars of practice. They must be an experienced non- medical nurse prescriber and used to working autonomously.
Clinics will include managing acute presentations, e-Consultations and Telephone triage. We have 6 sites but were possible we try to ensure clinicians are allocated to a maximum of two sites. This post is expected to be for our Central sites-and Kensington Park.
We have a large supportive nursing team of 34, managed by two nurse managers and a Nurse Partner with a combination of Advanced Nurse Practitioners (band 7 and 8a), Practice nurses and Clinical Support workers.

Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will need to either hold a Masters qualification in Advanced Practice or have successfully completed the RCN credentialing programme. You will also be a non-medical prescriber with a background in managing acute presentations in both adults and children. Training will be given in e- Consults and other skill gaps.
This current position will include a combination of; e-Consultation, telephone consultations and acute face to face consultations with options to develop and lead in an area of special interest.
