CLPCN Project Manager
The
aim of this post is to provide comprehensive project management to the CLPCN
Leadership Team as agreed.
The
project manager will line manage administrative team members. The project
manager will also have responsibility of delivering projects that underpin
CLPCN’s overarching priorities.
Main
job Location: Lifehouse, 4-5 Dempster Building, Summers
Road, Brunswick Business Park, Liverpool L3 4BL. Post holder will also need to
be agile to fit around service need and so some travel may be required
Interviews will take place week commencing 11th April 2022
Main duties of the job
The aim of this post is to provide comprehensive project management to the CLPCN Leadership Team as agreed.
Main duties of the job:
a. Supporting Central Liverpool Primary Care Network with the project management and application of service delivery.
b. Project management of CLPCN Services
c. Developing and leading a Health and Wellbeing strategy
d. Contributing to the health inequalities working remit, leading projects as directed by the leadership team
e. Managerial responsibility of administration post/s.
f. Manage the development and production of relevant reports, documentation and briefing papers for a variety of key internal and external stakeholders
g. Manage, monitor, and document progress towards internal network IIF activity
h. Project manage the enhanced access workstream

Job responsibilities
The post holder will oversee the organisation and preparations for all relevant meetings. Will oversee administration support, information sharing and management of actions.
Contribute to the development, co-ordination and professional production of information, documentation and resources across CLPCN including the production of strategies, schemes and policy documentation.
Order goods, supplies and services as and when required, ensuring value for money.
Line management of administrator including 1-1s, appraisal and agreeing weekly work plan.
Train others in aspects of project administration and supervise/allocate duties to other team members as required.
Manage the development and production of relevant reports, documentation and briefing papers for a variety of key internal and external stakeholders ensuring professional standards are maintained.
Undertake relevant research, development and monitoring activities that contribute to the development of strategies, schemes and policies.
Manage, monitor and document progress towards IIF activities ensuring a robust action plan that enables achievement. Including:
- Collate data and producing monthly reports by accessing individual practice EMIS systems
- Presenting data to member practices at the Impact and Investment group meeting or Board meeting
- Attend Task and Finish Groups
Manage National Workforce Reporting Service submitting data each quarter.
Project manage the enhanced access workstream in particular
- Attending clinical reference group and city-wide meetings on behalf of CLPCN and ensuring any actions are completed
- Report performance to meetings and CLPCN Board
- Address any anomalies
- Support practice managers in delivery model
Lead on Health & Wellbeing for CLPCN
- Engage with NHS Health & Wellbeing Framework and Looking after your teams wellbeing resources, identifying good practice and bringing this to life in CLPCN
- Supporting diversity in the workplace
- Create and disseminate a CLPCN network newsletter with clear health and wellbeing themes
- Develop a staff wellbeing website
- Develop a health and wellbeing implementation strategy
- Support administrator in delivery of CLCPN huddles
Tackling Racial & Health Inequality
- Contribute towards the project efforts of CLPCN’s ambitions to tackle racial inequalities and wider health inequalities within healthcare
- Support the senior leadership team in directing network engagement work and co-ordinating agreed project aims
- Support and contribute towards health inequality working remit, attending meetings as directed by the leadership team
Complete Care Community
- Contribute and work alongside a Project Co-ordinator remodelling CLPCN’s registration process
- Obtain data for EMIS/CCG/LA regarding spoken/written languages within our PCN footprint to baseline our project aims
- Contribute to project management discussions around an inclusive registration process/pathway
- Contribute to the operational delivery of the CCCP aims and liaise with all member practices in doing so
Manage evidence collation and preparation for assessment, audit and performance management requirements generated by internal audit activity, statutory organisations and NHS Agencies.
Co-ordinate record keeping of CLPCN initiatives including mechanisms to record and monitor progress, identify risk areas and action planning.
Working as part of the CLPCN team to support the design, appropriate delivery and evaluation of development programmes and resources aimed at building awareness, developing knowledge and embedding Employment Practices across the organisation.
Working as part of the CLPCN team and co-ordinate appropriate project activity or work streams.
Manage and facilitate appropriate communication channels to support the sharing of information and best practice through effective evidence gathering and updates to key internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and monitor specific systems and projects including the provision of regular and ad-hoc performance reports.
Manage rota systems for staff within CLPCN including desk space and the effective communication of such rotas network wide.
Network development and clinical governance
- Participate in CLPCN team meetings.

- Collect data as part of clinical and organisational audit process.
