Job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager you will be providing high quality professional service and support to managers and staff for all recruitment related matters.

We are looking to welcome a pro-active, organised individual, with a real passion for recruiting to come and join the team as an internal Recruiter.

This is an exciting role where you can really make your mark and support the growth of the business by generating a strong pipeline of dedicated candidates.

You`ll be responsible for the full recruitment covering a range of roles from Clinicians and Healthcare Workers to Managers and back-office staff.

Main duties of the job

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future people needs
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, for example job boards, LinkedIn, internally, social media
  • Manage the recruitment process including Pre-screening and arranging interviews for high volume roles
  • Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter to actively search and head hunt potential candidates for hard to fill positions
  • Serve as the initial contact for candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and enhance the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring that it remains current, accurate, and reflective of the latest candidate information.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service to all stakeholders, candidates, and colleagues
  • Host and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates in-person
  • Review job descriptions and adverts to ensure they capture role requirements
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external organisations such as industry bodies, the Local Authority, Universities, Colleges, and other appropriate organisations
  • Champion diversity and inclusion with the ability to work with and engage everyone without exclusion
  • Continually develop the businesses Employer Branding across a multitude of channels, internally and externally
