Omnes Healthcare are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Practice Nurse to join our dynamic, forward-thinking team. Primary Care experience for this role is vital

• Provide assessment, screening and treatment services
• Advise patients on general healthcare and minor aliments with referral to GP's as necessary
• Undertake the collection, storage and despatch of pathological specimens
• Other administrative and professional responsibilities

What do you need to join the Omnes Healthcare Family?

• Current NMC Registration
• The environments are busy and hands-on. Applicants must be capable of rising to the challenge of working in new ways and willing in time to practise autonomously
• We are looking experienced nurse who can help us to manage QOF etc or Diabetic Specialized
• Practice Nurse experience is essential

Candidates working towards a Nurse prescribing course would be an advantage but not essential but enhancements would be paid on completion.
