Job summary
Combe Coastal Practice is undertaking a significant management restructure due to the retirement of some of its senior management team.
As part of this exciting and visionary restructure we are looking for an individual who is willing to act as a support officer as part of the management team. They will primarily be supporting the People & Clinical Leads.
This role is advertised for 25-30hrs spread over 4-5 days as per the business need. Specific hours and cover can be discussed at interview stage.
Please be aware that the interview dates for
the Management roles will be week commencing 30th September 2024.
As this is a full management restructure process the
hours and responsibilities may alter slightly based on the interview and
selection process. Therefore please be aware that at this stage the Job

Position
& Role Objective of the Management Support Officer:
Primarily
this role will be in place to support the People & Clinical leads in
overseeing the roles set out within the Job Description. It is expected that
the MSO roles will hold their own workstreams as set out below but also support
the leads.
The post holder will take responsibility
for supporting the Management Team within the specific Pillars. They will be
expected to support the management leads with the clinical or administrative
team, and offer support to develop, manage and initiate the relevant work
streams. They will be expected to implement evolution our working
systems/practices to meet the needs of our patients and business. They will
work as part of a multi-disciplinary team including clinical, administrative
and PCN staff. They will also be expected to work directly with patients where
needed.
