Drs Reddy &
Nunn are looking to welcome a Clinical / Nurse Practitioner into our friendly
practice to support the clinical team in delivering outstanding patient care.
We are interested in hearing from caring and enthusiastic practitioners who
want to work in a dynamic environment where the quality of patient care
matters.
Main duties of the job
We welcome applications from Clinical / Nurse Practitioners. You
will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team where you will use your
experience to practice autonomously and flexibly. You will demonstrate safe,
clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic
skills within the practice. Your days will be varied and will include working
with the practice nursing team to provide high-quality and evidence-based
nursing for patients.
About us
We are the largest practice in Bridlington, and we are continuing to expand our flexible
and multi-professional workforce. We currently take care of over 26,500
patients, our team consists of 3 GP partners, 3 Salaried GPs, 2 Sessional GPs, 3
Nurse Practitioners, an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, Pharmacist, Pharmacy
Technicians, 6 Practice Nurses, Nursing Associate, GP Assistant, 8 HCAs, and we are excited to grow our team of
practitioners. We have a dedicated,
brilliant administrative support team.
As a teaching practice we currently have 3 GP
Registrars, and a duty doctor is accessible throughout the day to offer advice
and support.
In the town we
have several PCN staff including, MSK Practitioners, Paramedics, Pharmacists,
Pharmacy Technicians, Dietician, Physician Associates, Care Coordinators and Social
Prescribers supporting the practices.
Our diverse
clinical and admin team operates with a mixture of fresh staff bringing new
ideas and approaches mixed with long standing staff who bring a wealth of
experience and unrivalled dedication to the practice.

demonstrate courageous and critical thinking and is a caring, compassionate and
committed experienced nurse who, acting within their professional boundaries,
will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking,
clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care. They will
demonstrate safe, competent clinical decision-making and expert care, including
assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients within the general practice. The
post holder will commit to demonstrating critical thinking in the safe clinical
decision-making process. They will communicate and work collaboratively with
the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the
delivery of policy and procedures as required.

- Management of minor illness, minor ailments and injuries
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

- Clinical supervision training and experience
- Extended/independent nurse
