Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to take on the lead/manager role here at Hathaway.
The post holder will be
required to work as a Practice Nurse, as well as promote health and manage long term conditions, with an interest in respiratory and hypertension.
It is hoped that you would develop the skills of the nursing team through clinical supervision, appraisal, and mentoring. Undertake staff reviews, team meetings, and effective inductions.
Plan, direct, and deliver high-quality person-centred care, whilst promoting and maintaining high nursing standards. Collaborate with the other members of the wider surgery team and PCN. Participate actively in the development of the Surgery.
Ensure compliance within all clinical documentation.
Participate in the long-term planning of patient care; directing and developing
staff; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff;
providing physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and
families.
