An exciting opportunity has arisen at Chiswick Medical Partnership to recruit a practice nurse. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed nurse to join our friendly and supportive team.

Main duties of the job

Practice Nursing duties including cervical smear, Chronic disease management, Immunisation, wound care management etc

Chiswick medical partnership is a GP partnership based across 3 sites. We are a training practice with a list size of approximately 21,000 patients and using system one.

Duties to include:

Chronic disease management (diabetes/asthma etc).

ECG.

Urinalysis.

Blood pressure checks.

Contraception

Routine immunisations

Baby immunisations

Travel clinic.

Various health checks

Cervical screening

Wound care management

Removal of sutures.
