Main duties of the job

Practice Nursing duties including cervical smear, Chronic disease management, Immunisation, wound care management etc

Chiswick medical partnership is a GP partnership based across 3 sites. We are a training practice with a list size of approximately 21,000 patients and using system one.

Urinalysis.
