Our new Head of Patient Care will be
responsible for the operational management of our clinical services designing
services, supporting and developing our clinicians, ensuring quality and safety
and making the best use of our resources.
Alongside our CEO and Senior Management Team, you will also play a key
leadership role.
Main duties of the job
We
are looking for an experienced manager with a track record of working at senior
level and of leading multidisciplinary teams.
Ideally, you will have experience of general practice, possibly as a
Practice Manager or as a clinician yourself but the skills we are seeking could
also come from an alternative career path.
Above all, you must be focused on delivering outstanding clinical care
for our patients. You will bring a wide
range of knowledge and skills to the role and be confident making decisions,
leading change and effectively managing a clinical service.
You
will need energy, drive and resilience as well as the ability to deliver under
pressure. You will be proactive rather
than reactive and constantly looking for ways to empower and develop your team.

About us
We are a large rural practice with over 35,000
patients. As a single-practice Primary
Care Network, we have a wonderful opportunity to transform care for our
patients. We operate from 7
locations across Holderness and this role will involve regular travel between
all our sites. Our hard-working and
dedicated team includes 23 GPs, an extensive multi-disciplinary team of
healthcare professionals and a great patient services team.

Role Purpose:
- To take responsibility for the delivery of
outstanding patient care for Holderness Health
- As part of the Senior Management Team, to
provide leadership and develop the organisation
Leadership:
- As part
of the Senior Management Team, take responsibility for shaping the future of
Holderness Health, setting out clear plans and goals

Holderness Health consistently and professionally, raising your own profile and
that of the organisation within the local health community

Development:
- Design and implement plans to improve the

and forums
Financial &
Business Information:
