Main duties of the job

Your Role

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality primary care services through face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations.
• Managing a diverse caseload, including chronic disease management and acute care.
• Participating in clinical reports, training registrars, and supervising medical students.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and effective care.

• Full GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS National Performers List.

Riversdale Surgery is a vibrant and forward-thinking practice located in the heart of Belper, a charming market town and gateway to the Peak District. We serve a diverse patient population of 13,500 and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Our semi-rural location combines the benefits of working in a close-knit community with easy access to the stunning natural beauty of the Peak District.

We boast a high-performing, multidisciplinary team including six GP Partners, four Salaried GPs, eight nurses, two Frailty ACPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Mental Health Workers, a Care Coordinator, and an FCP service. Our proactive collaboration with three other local practices within the Primary Care Network (PCN) ensures comprehensive and innovative patient care.
