Clinical Care: providing high quality care as an autonomous GP in the surgery assessing, diagnosing and treating patients.
Administrative Duties: managing patient records and managing necessary paperwork via System One and eConsult ensuring timely communication with other healthcare providers.
Patient & Colleague Support: offer appropriate advice to patients, carers and colleagues upholding clinical excellence and safety.
Disease Management: conribute to chronic disease management according to evidence-based practices and assist in developing patient-centred care plans.
