Main duties of the job

As a Patient Navigator / Receptionist, you will undertake a wide range of Reception duties including (but not limited to):

Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.

Provide general assistance to the Practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors.

To provide administrative support to assist in the smooth running of the Practice.

About us

We are a small, friendly, rural Practice, situated in a beautiful village.

We are a very busy Practice and the health and well-being of our patients is our main priority.

There is a lot of expertise and knowledge within our Clinical team which consists of GPs, GP Trainees, Nurse Practitioners, Paramedic Practitioner, Practice Nurses, NCSW and Phlebotomist. We have a caring and helpful Patient Navigation/Reception team, a Dispensary team that provides excellent patient services and an efficient Administrative Department.
