Are you a looking for an exciting new
opportunity?
You will provide direct Dispensary Reception services and work as part of our dispensing team. As such we are looking to
recruit the right candidate to join our Dispensary Team in a post that combines Reception Dispensing and Dispensary activities. This will support the whole practice in the delivery of
first-class primary healthcare services to the practice patient population.
Main duties of the job
The general purpose of the post, includes, but is not limited to-
To provide first point of contact for the Dispensary and the Practice.
To work as part of the Dispensary Team to provide full Front of House
activities (and Dispensary activities over time) including being a key source
of cover for holidays and sickness within the team.
To offer general assistance to the practice team and project a positive
and friendly image to patients and other visitors.
To be a key point of contact for enquiries from patients, external
organisations, third parties etc.
About us
We are a semi-rural Dispensing Practice with
a friendly supportive team of Administrators, Practice Nurses, HCAs, GPs, and
Dispensers. We achieve high QoF and CQC success, with a focus on patient
centred care and providing our family doctor service to our whole community.
We are at a point in our development where we
need additional Dispensing support to enable us to continue this
quality service but also to enable us to drive developments across the
practice.

will also be confident, have excellent organisational skills, be able to

resourcefulness. Please note this role entails continual patient contact on a
face-to-face basis it is a busy but rewarding post and will need a patient,
calm and welcoming person who is happy to support all our patients and
