Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our large team of ANPs, Nurses and Health Care Assistants.
You will work as part of the Nursing team, delivering chronic diseas management and acute support for treatment room type services, including dressings. Also responsible for childhood immunisations, cervical screening and travel vaccinations.
You will report to and work closely with our Head of Nursing and Quality, and our Practice Matron.
Main duties of the job
Undertake respiratory long term condition management.
Undertake diabetes long term condition management.
Undertake a range of chronic disease management appointments.
Undertake smears.
Travel Vaccinations.
Childhood Imms.
Infection prevention and control.
Depending on experience, we will encourage you to support training and development for nurses and health care assistants within the Practice.
