Medical Practice is seeking a forward-thinking and highly motivated Practice
Business Manager to join our leadership team and support the continued growth
and success of our practice.
We
are a dynamic, patient-focused GP practice committed to delivering safe,
efficient, and high-quality care. We are looking for someone with a strong
background in business and HR management ideally within the NHS or healthcare
sector.
Main duties of the job
The Business Manager is responsible for
ensuring that the practice meets its core contractual and legal requirements,
optimising systems and processes to deliver a safe, efficient, and effective
service.
The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, ensuring
financial sustainability, and achieving long-term strategic objectives within a
well-managed and supportive working environment.By adopting innovative ways of working, the Business Manager will support the
GP Partners and Practice Manager in achieving NHS targets, complying with CQC
regulations, and promoting values such as equality, diversity, inclusion,
continuous development, and collaborative working.

- Monitor financial performance and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Manage NHS contracts and funding (e.g. QOF, Enhanced Services, PCN funding).
