Job summary

We are looking to recruit an experienced Data Quality and SystmOne Manager for our busy GP Practices at Kensington Partnership.

Data Quality and SystmOne Manager will be responsible for all aspects of data quality,from source, creating, mapping, validating and interpreting data to identify improvements. They will also oversee theday to running of the data and secretarial teams across our 4 GP surgeries.

Main duties of the job

The role encompasses all necessary management and reporting of all practice administration to ensure the practice maximizes all income, from the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF), enhanced services and local contracts.

As a SystmOne expert, the person will measure and analysis all practice data and create templates and pathways. Working alongside the clinical teams to improve accurate coding, maximising on QOF and other incentive schemes and incomes.Coding, maximising on QOF and other local incentive schemes and incomes.

We are a friendly, supportive, and innovative training Practice in inner city Bradford.Kensington is basedover 4 sites so even with a main base you would have the opportunity to work across the sites for some diversity at times. We have a patient list size ofapproximately 24,000 delivering high quality care to our diverse group of patients.

We have a dedicated team of 6 GP Partners,GP Registrars and Foundation Year Doctor, ANP, ACP, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians,Practice Nurses, HCAs, Receptionists and Administration teams.

Job responsibilities

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Being instrumental in maintaining high standards of data quality, practice wide and identifying and resolving any issues within the data and secretarial team.

Ensuring the team adheres to confidentiality, GDPR, Information Governance and Safeguarding policies at all times.

Ensure our all SystmOne remains updated

Work alongside our Clinical teams to review, build and update existing protocols, searches, templates. Ensuring these are based on national and local guidelines.

Create and update pathways in SystmOne

Maintain the monthly, quarterly and yearly patient recalls against practice targets.

Maintain and update waiting lists/recalls and call list for the clinical and administration staff.

Keep up to date with any SystemOne changes/ updates relating to coding contractual indicators.

Manage and oversee attainments in QOF/Local QOF

Respond to requests for QOF updates from clinicians, GP Partners and external agencies.

Manage clinical LES/DES enhanced services and incentive schemes, creating searches and oversee claims process of the same where appropriate

Oversee new initiatives, i.e., the NHS Health Check, ensuring accuracy of data recording and implementation of any follow up required

Create forms and letters as and when requested, i.e. flu campaign

Ensure practice appointment books are being maintained in line with national guidance. Ensure accurate appointment mapping across all teams.

Create clinical and non-clinical reports and ensure that appropriate correspondence, reports, results etc are recorded, actioned, and filed in accordance with Practice protocols.

Analysis data and make recommendations/ plans for improvement.

Enable standardised care and accurate service evaluation. Run local and systemwide audit reports on local and enhanced services.

Maintain high standards of clinical coding within the practice, improving quality and clinical safety. Oversee referral processes, pathways and forms.

Liaise with NHS England, ICB and the PCN.

Ensuring the Data and Secretarial teams operate at optimal efficiency and workload is evenly distributed.

Coaching, leading, and training the data and secretarial teams.

Monitor progress and development of the data and secretarial teams.

Ensure the data and secretarial teams adhere to all practice protocols.
