Pharmacy Technician for Three Harbours and Bosvena primary Care Network.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our
Primary Care Network (PCN) Pharmacy Team as a Pharmacy Technician supporting the registered population.
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician with a proven
track record of setting up new systems and processes. The successful candidate
will also be able to demonstrate a dynamic, self-motivated, innovative approach
to their work with creative problem-solving skills.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will play an important role in complementing
our clinical pharmacists and other members of the PCN multi-disciplinary team,
ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and efficient systems for repeat
prescribing, medicines optimisation, reducing medicines waste and maximising
patients outcomes. This is an evolving job role with huge scope for development
as we expand our PCN team further over the years.
You will work on Medicines reconciliation and discharge summaries and supply support around out patients letters, supporting patients needs.
